Mailbox Keys:
The association is not responsible for mailbox key distribution. The previous owner should give you the mailbox keys at close of escrow. Please contact Mailbox Security Systems regarding mailbox keys (602) 510-4095.
Pool / Tennis Court Keys:
Pool Keys can be obtained by contacting your Community Manager or Administrative Assistant. Their contact information can be found in the directory or on the Contact Page.
Visitor Parking:
Visitors park in the parking areas provided in various areas in the community or in the driveways of the homeowner if sufficient space is available.
Assessment Due Date:
The assessment fee is due quarterly on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st and October 1st.
Assessment Late Fee:
A late fee of $15.00 is assessed if no payment is received by the 15th of the month the assessment is due.

ARC Requirements:
All new construction and all exterior changes to existing structures, including landscaping must be submitted to and approved by the ARC prior to commencement of work.
